Video: Check Out The Edgy Batmobile Design For Batman vs. Superman

Designed like a tank but with aerodynamic curves, weapons, and various gadgets, we take a look at the newly redesigned Batmobile. Posted on Autoblog, this cutting-edge Batmobile is shown with B-Roll, giving the viewer glimpses of the Dark Knight’s beastly set of wheels.

The enormous rear end of the Batmobile looks to power a hefty engine.

Complete with meaty tires, HID headlamps, and front mounted cannons, the new Batmobile stands firmly with authority and aerodynamic prowess. The rear of the Batmobile looks very heavy duty with its huge axle and wide off road tires, which will be featured in the upcoming Hollywood film Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice, scheduled to be released in 2016.

Although this Batmobile holds several off-road characteristics, we can’t help but stare at how modern this design truly is. Just looking at it, this Batmobile looks bulletproof in both design and potential power output. It may be simply a Hollywood movie car, but we could only imagine this beast if it were unleashed on the streets.

The choice of an off-road setup gives this Batmobile a more heavy duty look overall.

We wonder what engine powers this beast as the hood design looks to supply plenty of forced induction at high speeds. Maybe we are being teased given there is no sound in the accompanying video, which could raise several questions as to if this Batmobile will sound beefy like a muscle car or whiny like a hypercar.

Given all its high tech looks, we’re unsure if it will affect Superman in any way. With kryptonite being his only weakness, we’re waiting patiently to see what Bruce Wayne will devise to combat Superman.

What are your thoughts on this off-road inspired Batmobile? Is it too much or would you like it low and sleek? Be sure to comment below.
