If there’s any doubt we live in a global village with most barriers removed, please see this 1959 Ford T-Bird located in the Netherlands that ran in the now defunct Monte Carlo Challenge. This red ’59 hardtop with a white spear is a little ratty but that’s what you get when going fast on rutted, gravel roads. Packing a 390 CID V-8 with 420 HP it probably can get up and go even when roaring through the mud and the crud. It has grille mounted rally lights and a roof mounted spotlight to guide the way.

The interior shows modification for rally racing such as big, high back buckets, small steering wheel, VDO gauges, left hand brake lever and a big old roll bar s, and stickers showing that it passed  tech way back in 2000.
