Speedway Motors, the trusted name in the market for automotive parts and racing products since 1952, announced that it is going to feature its special Signature Series ‘32 Roadster Kit Car in the upcoming season of the hit Netflix series, “Car Masters: Rust to Riches.”
In “Car Masters: Rust to Riches“, follow Mark Towle and the crew at Gotham Garage, located in Huntington Beach, California, as they take neglected, crusty old junkers and morph them into showstoppers.
Each episode shows the crew’s incredible skills in building up classic muscle cars to vintage trucks and everything in between. Premiering on October 23rd, the show promises exciting action as the experts at Gotham Garage take the simple kit car and convert it into a piece of art.
Speedway Motors has actually worked with the Car Masters guys previously. They have done parts for several builds throughout Seasons 3 and 5, and even donated a Zephyr kit car for a special 75th Anniversary build in Season 4. Their extensive choice of parts not to mention in-depth automotive know-how make them a great fit for the countless projects showcased on the programs.
Unlike the cheap fiberglass replicas, it has an all steel body and frame, making the kit authentic and long-lasting. The kit also features a pre-painted body in great “Posie’s Red” PPG paint. Consider the kit car to be more of a canvas for the builder and Speedway Motors to be the paint, brushes, or whatever else you are doing to bring that masterpiece to life.
The ’32 Roadster Kit Car also features a 4-inch drop axle with chrome finishing, Speedway leaf springs, and BF Goodrich whitewall radial tires for a smooth and stylish ride. This kit provides an all-around starting point for builders, who can still style their roadster as much as they want through accessories and other personal touches.
Speedway Motors’ own ’32 Roadster build is on display at their retail store in Tolleson, Arizona. In case you are wondering, Speedway has retail stores in Lincoln, Nebraska, and Tolleson, Arizona, as well as three distribution centers across the country.
