A recent post of a 1955 Bel Air caught our eye, be sure to check out the video to get an idea of what the car looks like from all angles. Skip to 0:48 to get a hint of the motor running.
The asking price for this Glacier Blue/Skyline Blue tri-five is $59,900. Low numbers have their place in the car world, and this one maintains a jaw-dropping 133 miles on the odometer.
The following is an excerpt of the car’s description courtesy of MotoExotica.com, “Under the hood, you will find a very clean and tidy engine bay. The Bel Air is powered by a 272 cubic inch V8 engine. The previous owner informed us he had the engine rebuilt and added a mild cam for performance (and fun, obviously!). Attached to the engine is an automatic transmission. The car is equipped with power steering and power brakes with the front brakes converted to disc for added stopping power.”
If you’re a Chevy fan, and even further, a tri-five enthusiast, this ’55 is well worth the gander. Check out the full posting here, where you’ll find a full gallery and a thorough description of this ice cold Chevy. What do you think of the build? Is it worth the asking price based on your review?
